YASMINE KARAWIA, CEO OF YK SOLUTIONS, CAUGHT INTERVIEWING PEOPLE FOR FAKE JOBS


 

Folks, are you trying to find that dream structural engineering job?  Have you ever used LinkedIn to find that dream job and apply?  Do you want to get scammed in the process of finding your dream job?  You can do this and more by applying for Structural Engineering opportunities at YK Solutions, founded by CEO Yasmine Karawia, a 2015 dumb alumnus of Loyola Marymount University.

One candidate replied to a Senior Structural Engineer position as shown below.

 


 

This person was a very well-qualified California Licensed Structural Engineer.  Most of them are employed and there are only 7000 in the entire state of California.  This person designed all sorts of structures and all sorts of materials.  Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, interviewed this candidate and promised to set up the potential interview.  Guess what, folks?  This never happened at all.  Instead of even getting the interview done, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, contacted this candidate and stated they were not qualified to be a Structural Engineer at all.  Yasmine Karawia is a fraud, folks!  If Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, cannot figure out how to determine what a Structural Engineer is, what makes people think she will do well recruiting for her other clients?  We say she is a failure through and through.

In fact, she recruited for more structural engineering jobs.  She made promises to contact the candidates for future ones – which never happened at all.  Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, is a fraud, folks!

 Yes, folks, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, makes all sorts of claims.  She claims she is honest and has integrity.  The problem is that none of this is true.  Yasmine Karawia is a fraud.  We know she is a fraud because she used to work for CyberCoders.  CyberCoders is a recruiting firm that rejects you but uses rejected candidates for help in their recruiting efforts.  Yasmine Karawia ghosts her candidates.  Yasmine is very unreliable.  Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, is the co-worker of Leesa Purtzer.  The Structural Stupidists discussed her stupidity in detail previously.

If you thought this was bad, wait until you hear what she tells candidates.  Yes, folks, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, tells them what to think and say.  One particular candidate was told by Yasmine to remove any discussions about bad recruiting experiences.  Folks, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, clearly does not understand what the U.S. Constitution or the Bill of Rights is.  If she did, she would learn her behavior is illegal.  The reason she wants candidates to stop talking about bad candidate recruiting experiences is because she is a bad recruiter who subjects candidates to them herself.  We guess Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, did not learn this at Loyola Marymount University.  Yasmine Karawia may be 2015’s dumb alumnus.

When it came time to deliver, Yasmine Karawia did not do so.  Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, told the candidate (s)he was not qualified to design buildings and bridges of any kind.  She never contacted the candidate at all about what happened during the interview.  This is due to the fact Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, was merely collecting resumes.  In fact, that engineering position she was advertising is still up since October 2019.  Yes, folks, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, posts and recruits for fake jobs.  You know what would save companies money?  If they did not pay idiotic recruiters like Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions.

Any men who wish to date Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, will need to think twice.  If she screws over men in their job search, just imagine how she will screw over men in her dating life!

Folks, Yasmine Karawia, CEO of YK Solutions, needs to stop wasting candidates’ time for career opportunities that do not even exist.  This loser of Loyal Marymount University needs to do herself a favor and never recruit again.
