Global warming and internet privacy.  These issues pale in comparison to the challenges that recruiters in the structural engineering profession have to deal with when it comes to hiring candidates that know how to design buildings and bridges.  If not successful, this person and the entire firm will walk away with lots of ridicule everywhere he or she goes.  One by one, everyone will know who we know as the Weakest Link!  As we said to the Victoria’s Secret saleswoman, we will try to keep this brief!

Let’s meet today’s Weakest Link, folks!  It is Ryan Goodman of CONSOR Engineers.  For the folks out there who don’t know what CONSOR Engineers is, CONSOR Engineers is a firm that designs buildings and bridges and very related branch in between.  After reading this post, you will think of them as CON-SORE because you will see just how badly they rip off candidates during the interview process – and they want you to feel emotionally sore as a result.  Who has the audacity to behave this badly?  CONSOR Engineers Stupid Recruiter Ryan Goodman!


 

In 2020, CONSOR Engineers posted some openings for structural engineers.  At CONSOR Engineers, these engineers design buildings and bridges and various other structures.  A Candidate we know applied for the positions the firm had posted on their website.  This Candidate has designed both buildings and bridges in some of the most seismically active areas of the US:  California and Washington State.  You would think CONSOR Engineers would place this candidate easily because of the wealth of experience.  Guess what, folks, you would be completely wrong because they have Ryan Goodman, CONSOR Engineers’ stupid recruiter, doing all the recruiting and interviewing.

CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman set up the initial interview with Ikaika of Hawaii based office of CONSOR Engineers.  According to the firm, they had bridge work on the island of Hawaii.  There was even discussions of having the Candidate take bridge inspection coursework.  The candidate thought it would be great to do this since it would take place in Sacramento.  That is a 3 hour drive from the Candidate’s home in San Francisco.  According to Ryan Goodman, that interview went very well for the candidate.

So the Candidate waited for the next interview.  Guess what, folks?  That never happened at all.  CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman came up with every excuse why the position was not getting filled.  Ryan Goodman had no specific reason why the Candidate was not qualified.  Yes, folks, Ryan Goodman showed just how stupid he is as a human being.  He is a Nostra-dumbass!

 


During the interview, the Candidate discussed other positions at CONSOR Engineers such as those in Toronto, Ontario.  The Candidate had Canadian design experience and wanted to be closer to his/her sick aunt.  And how did CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman react to this issue?  He told the Candidate the Canadian offices sucked and that the jobs are fake.  Yes, folks, Ryan Goodman used the post of fake engineering positions to jerk the Candidate’s family situation.  How low is Ryan G9oodman, folks?  Ryan Goodman showed just how much of an asshole he truly is.  Folks, here is the obvious question:  Why did CONSOR Engineers post them on their website?  There are many reasons for them doing this, all of which are illegal and/or unethical:

·       Collecting resumes so they can get work for themselves without the candidates knowing what is going on.

·       They want to show the competition they are busy by posting fake ads.

·       They want to raise the engineering fees on their projects by falsely stating they are busy.

·       They are planning on firing one or more of their employees secretly.

·       They were using the job ads to get free design ideas without having to pay employees.

·       They practice age discrimination against people over 40.

CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman gave the candidate a good talk.  After a few months, the candidate heard nothing back on the position (s)he interviewed for.

When another engineering position appeared in Florida, guess what CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman told the Candidate?

 

CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman told the Candidate the post was actually for a previous employee.  Then why did Ryan Goodman post this fake job, folks?  Ryan Goodman did it to show he is obeying EEOC laws when in reality this asshole isn’t.  As for the position, it did not exist.  We can all see now why he is not working as a news reporter because he is incapable of functioning in the reality-based community.  And we know this because we checked the Linkedin posts of all of the CONSOR Engineers’ employees.  None of it was true.  Ryan Goodman is a liar.

People are asking why Ryan Goodman would do such a thing to a well-qualified Candidate.  Is he trying to do everything he can to not fill positions so he will still have his job as company recruiter?  Not likely.  We believe Ryan Goodman is using a blacklist because why else would he suck as a recruiter?  Ryan Goodman is not a recruiter – he is a major league asshole who enjoys torturing the people who apply for positions at CONSOR Engineers!  Ryan Goodman is an undercover agent for the CIA, the Center for Idiot Americans!

IF YOU THINK RYAN GOODMAN SUCKS AS A RECRUITER, WAIT TIL YOU SEE HOW BAD HE SUCKS AS A POLITICIAN – IDA GROVE, IA, CITY COUNCILMAN

Folks, if you thought he was this bad as a CONSOR Engineers’ recruiter, just wait til you see how he was as Ida Grove, IA, City Councilman or as we like to say Clown-cilman.  After reading this post, you will wonder why he has a political position.  For example, while he was Clown-cilman of Ida Grove, IA, Ryan Goodman demonstrated he was in the lobby of pro-cavities.  In March 2019, he voted not to allow drinking water to be fluoridated despite the CDC stating that it causes no harm!  Yes, folks, Ryan Goodman valued the residents’ utility bills in lieu of their health.


 Yes,  folks, Ryan Goodman got this idea off an internet poll.  Christine Van Houten linked to an online poll, which contains the snippet, "Water fluoridation is allowing government to mass medicate. This is what doctors can not do to individual patients. Put another way: Would you allow your neighbor to decide what medication you should ingest (even if it’s against your will)?"

Yes, folks, this woman has a major issue with fluoridated drinking water but none with iodine being added to salt.

And Ryan Goodman chose to believe this non-scientist.  Now, folks, how does that reflect his recruiting abilities at CONSOR Engineers?  Folks, when it comes to using a conflict of interest to give him and his firm more work and job security, he sucks at it like a Hoover.  After all, this is a sign Ryan Goodman has at his house.

 


CHECK OUT HOW RYAN GOODMAN IS A SELF-CENTERED BASTARD

You know what is ironic about CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman’s antics, folks?  He really has shown everyone what an asshole he truly is.  When it comes down to him being served, Ryan wants the best service delivered as possible.  It is all about him!  Check out the complaints he delivers when he doesn’t get his way, folks!

Look at his review of the sofa he bought:

Oh, poor CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman.  He gets mad when he gets cheap products delivered to him but he has no problems offering cheap salaries or worse yet, treat candidates like garbage by not returning phone calls after interviews or even breadcrumbing the candidates.

Folks, this review is downright laughable.  Let use explain why that is.  CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman was promised a seat at Red Robin 10 minutes and waited more than 30 minutes to be seated.  Yes, folks, he was mad about this bad service.  Guess what, folks?  You should not feel sorry for Ryan Goodman at all for experiencing this.  Based on how he treated one candidate, he ghosted that person.  So to any restaurants out there, please keep giving him and his family really shitty service.

Folks, we have some ideas on what you can do about Ryan Goodman and his bad company known as CONSOR Engineers.  You can show the whole world how bad he is as a human being.  He had no understanding of the concept of other people.  There is nothing Ryan Goodman can do about this because he is a public official.  Ryan needs to recall NY Times vs. Sullivan, the Supreme Court ruling stating public officials are subject to criticism.  We at Structural Stupidists are going to give him a lot of it because he deserves it.  Some of his hiring practices are really bad that he really doesn’t give a shit at who he is affecting.  And he is going to be so surprised when he discovers who else he is affecting – if his brain is capable of figuring it out!

The problem CONSOR Engineers recruiter Ryan Goodman is causing is in his own marital bed.


 

Folks, this is Ryan Goodman’s wife.  She is a 9-1-1 Operator for Ida County, Iowa.


 

We at Structural Stupidists believe they are really important, but would you as a taxpayer want to fund them when their spouses are busy performing age discrimination in employment?  Would Ida County, IA, residents call her for a 9-1-1 call if they knew she had the potential to discriminate against people who give help to her because her hubby is a Grade A certified asshole?  Of course you wouldn’t!  So this is what we are making fun of when we make fun of Ryan Goodman of CONSOR Engineers!

 

CONCLUSION – AVOID CONSOR ENGINEERS LIKE THE PLAGUE

People need to save themselves time and money by avoiding CONSOR Engineers at all costs.  Who wants to feel constantly harmed by interviewing with their idiotic recruiters?

People are asking what they can do a out this bad recruiter known as Ryan Goodman.  We have lots of ideas on what you can do about this asshole!  We have plenty of ideas, all of which he will not like at all because they will make him to look like a major league asshole!

You can call Ryan Goodman “F.U.".  Yes, since he loves wasting people’s time applying and interviewing for jobs, why not treat people like crap?

 

·  You can boycott businesses that have fund the projects of CONSOR Engineers through the use of taxpayer dollars.  Contact the retailers and ask them not to stock the products.

 

·  If Ryan Goodman or CONSOR Engineers are looking to get a lower assessed value for their home for lower property taxes, do you think it will occur if you knew Ryan Goodman is a big, fat liar?  Of course not!
