This candidate saw the position and really wanted to apply.  The Candidate got this message from Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer.

The firm where this position is located is Taylor & Syfan.  T&S is a structural engineering firm that designs all kinds of low-rise buildings throughout the Southern California.  According to Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer, Taylor & Syfan was promising to open a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Kathryn got asked specific questions such as the reason for the need of the position.  According to KKK Kathryn Krischer, the position was open because the firm was expanding and needed to open an office in the San Francisco Bay Area to get those jobs.  According to Kathryn, the plan was for that person to work from home and then move into a bigger office in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As for her statement claiming that a final interview was started with a candidate previously, that is not true at all.  According to the LinkedIn search of Taylor & Syfan, that candidate did not even exist.  Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer is a liar, folks!  We have checked the Linkedin profiles and discovered something quite astounding, folks!  That position was not filled in October 2020 like Kathryn Krischer claimed.  The person who filled the position started in January 2021.  Let us present the person who filled the position, Winaj Karve: 

 

Before Taylor & Syfan hired this person, maybe they should have checked to see if the person was licensed in the state of California as a Structural Engineer first.  But if you are Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer, you use this as a big fat opportunity to get a big fat commission check.

As for Taylor & Syfan, we have some questions for Michelle McCovey-Good.  Why did Michelle McCovey-Good not keep her recruiters up to date when she is looking for people who want to work for her firm?  Folks, Michelle McCovey-Good is a CEO-Idiot.  Michelle needs to change her name to Michelle No-Good because she uses recruiters for fake job interviews.   We can only imagine how the firm lays people off if their recruiting process for Senior Structural Engineers is any indication.

If Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer would have done her due diligence, she would have discovered that Taylor & Syfan performed this same scam earlier.  This was highlighted on the Structural Stupidists earlier.  It makes you wonder whether she would buy boner pills for her hubby without looking up whether they are safe or not.

Here are things you can do about Kain Colasanto recruiter Kathryn Krischer aka KKK Kathryn Wolf Krischer, this member of a dangerous savage profession:

1.      Folks need to start calling Kathryn Krischer as “Fuck you” since she harasses out-of-work candidates for her fake jobs.  And let us change the name of her recruiting firm to KKK Kain Colasanto.

2.      Start billing her directly for unemployment funds at a rate of 100 times the amount that the person they are denying the position.  In a state like Washington, that amount would be $1150 x 100 = $115,000 per week per person.  Maybe these fools would think twice before putting candidates through the interview process of fake jobs.

3.      Make recruiters like Kathryn Krischer pay the student loans of all the people that have applied for positions through Kain Colasanto.  Kathryn Krischer has no issues with wasting people’s time and ruining their credit.

4.      Alert UT Austin of Kathryn Krischer’s bad behavior.  Arrange for examples in ethics curriculum about Kathryn Krischer doing bad things to people for no legitimate reason.  Make Kathryn Krischer the subject of the test questions.
