Well, folks, we have a story you need to read about because it will make you wonder why you should even hire them to do investigations.  Let us start the story, shall we?

Robson Forensics placed an ad for a Structural Engineer for their San Jose, CA, office.  A Candidate we know applied for this position after receiving an email from their LinkedIn profile from Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby!  This person has 20+ years of Structural Engineering experience, is licensed as a Structural Engineer in Washington State, California, Colorado & Texas, and has extensive experience with all the required materials of steel, concrete, wood and masonry.  So why did this person not get interviewed, much less hired?  You can blame this on Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby.  Janelle Busby sent this email to the Candidate through the Linkedin page.

Description:

We are looking to add a Structural Engineer to our team of Forensic Experts. This Expert will review case files; evaluate case materials; perform calculations; and, conduct site inspections; to assess incidents for our clients. 

Requirements:

·        15+ years’ experience.

·        PE and SE required (or in the process of taking the NCEES sponsored SE exam).

·        Broad and deep background in a variety of building structure types.

·        Some bridge, residential, and seismic experience preferred.

·        Experience with temporary structures in construction is a plus.

·        Experience with steel, concrete and wood structures.

·        Ability to work independently while taking direction from a Practice Group Leader.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

So the Candidate arranged the time for the phone interview with Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby.



So Janelle Busy contacted this Candidate about the position she posted.  Then Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby requested additional information from the Candidate.  It is widely known that engineers do not list every job they have worked for.  So the Candidate sent a complete resume of his/her experience.

Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby acknowledged this was received.

Folks, can you guess what happened next?  The interview never happened.  According to Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby, the head of that group was busy.  So that Candidate followed up to make sure that the interview was going to happen.  Instead of keeping her work, Janelle Busby rejected the Candidate.

 

According to the email Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby sent, the firm was concentrating their efforts in the Arizona and Nevada areas instead of California.  Janelle Busby’s answers are labeled as spam, folks!  Janelle Busby needs to use Google Maps to find a qualified candidate!  Folks, if this was the case, why did Janelle Busby waste that Candidate’s precious time?  Folks, this happened because Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby is an idiot.  Since Janelle Busby wants to perform age discrimination and other bogus rejections, may we suggest people subject her to the same thing to her.  We have some photographic evidence we can give the people out there – and it’s on this website.  Janelle Busby needs to do herself and the world a favor – by always claiming her right to remain silent!

Also, Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby is proof that she participated in age discrimination.  Instead of interviewing that person as she promised, she rolled over and played dumb.  Janelle Busby is a worthless piece of humanity if you ever saw one.  You can only imagine Robson Forensics terminates their employees.

Folks, Robson Forensics is so dumb they do not even know where the jobs are.  The Candidate wanted to interview for the Structural Engineer position in San Jose, CA, position the firm posted.  It makes the people out there wonder whether Robson Forensics even knows how to run investigations or forensics when they do not know what states those jobs are in before she introduces candidates.  Can you imagine them on the stand as an expert witness if this is the way they run the recruiting in their firm?  We say they would suck like a Dyson.  Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby is a frickin’ idiot, folks!  Right now, we bet Janelle Busby’s Smartphone is wishing for a smarter owner than Janelle Busby right now!  Janelle Busby may have went to the florist to look for an Iggy Azalea!  Janelle Busby’s stupidity is proof she is banned from Mensa!  Speaking of her health, Jeanelle Busby’s primary physician is Dr. Pepper!  Based on her conduct towards this Candidate, Janelle Busby needs to be fired ASAP!

A recruiter reached out to me (I had not sent them an application, nor heard of them before). After several back and forth exchanges, we set a time for a phone interview. I clarified I would make the call, and when I did, the recruiter did not answer. I waited a few minutes, called again, and left a voicemail. I then sent an email once again confirming the time, with no response.

This is extremely unprofessional. As they reached out to me, I gave up my time coordinating the interview (as opposed to the recruiter), and they couldn't be bothered to show up.

This, coupled with a job description sheet absolutely riddled with typos, leads me to believe they have a very untalented and unprofessional HR department.

And if you thought the interviews were bad, wait until you read work reviews.  Yes, folks, they are this bad.  Let us start listing them below:

The corporate office is horrible!! I heard some employees in that office only work 4 hours a day but management loves them because they kiss management’s butt. They have fired a lot of people this year but they lie about the reason why – the employee’s manager says they are a great worker but HR tells that employee they are fired because they are a horrible employee. They do not train new employees very much and then complain that they aren’t doing the whole job. However if you are one of their experts you can travel for a case and bring your family and have steak & lobster and wine for dinner because you don’t have to give them the itemized receipt, just your credit card receipt, and the company pays you back for it and charges the client.

Everything. The atmosphere is completely toxic, hostile, and a do as I say not what I do. Fear mongering bullies who are all about control and berating people. There is no HR and they are besties with the owners. Do not apply here. Nothing but back stabbing and gossip. Extremely unprofessional.

Unsteady work flow, which is the nature of forensic consulting work. No benefits as a contractor.

Nepotism! Unfair "downsizing" Ineffective management, too many chiefs and not enough indians. Lack of salary increases, inability to manage money

And the reason for this bad HR department and bad work environment is Janelle Busby.

 

JANELLE BUSBY IS A WOMAN WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HERSELF, HER HUBBY OR HER DOG

Yes, folks, Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby is the type of person who shows she really doesn’t do her job or give a fuck about the candidate experience.  Heck, folks, we have evidence where she doesn’t give a fuck about anything.  Let us show you some examples of what we mean, folks.

Janelle Busby and her hubby Dylan Busby do not believe in wearing motorcycle helmets.



This means they do not care about their safety.  So if another vehicle hit them either head on or from behind, they would be dead.

And if you thought this was bad, wait until you see how Janelle & Dylan love dogs.

 


While they are doing the right thing by adopting and owning a pit bull, they are doing the most dangerous thing when it comes to traveling in their vehicle with their pet.  Do you know what that is, folks?  Robson Forensics recruiter and Headcase Janelle Busby and her hubby Dylan Busby forgot to put a car harness on their dog.  So if they have to make a sudden stop, then the dog would accelerate in the vehicle, go through the window, land on the ground and then get hit by another vehicle.  Can you say Janelle Busby is a Head case, folks?

WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT THIS BAD COMPANY KNOWN AS ROBSON FORENSICS?  PLENTY OF THINGS

Folks out there are wondering what they can do, we suggest these measures:

1.     Since Janelle Busby loves wasting people’s time interviewing candidates for fake jobs, then this fact must be publicized where everyone can see it.

2.     Require recruiters to be licensed in the same way professional engineers do.  Make them take continuing education classes every three months.

3.     Instead of calling recruiters by their first name, address them as Fuck You.

4.     Alert the employee’s school and college age children how badly the Robson Forensics employee-parents misbehave in the business world.

5.     Use the evidence of this post against Robson Forensics.  Why would anyone in a court of law trust them when they cannot even hire structural engineers that are licensed and qualified?  They can thank Janelle Busby for this problem.

6.     Allow insurance companies to raise the premiums on Robson Forensics employees and their family members.  Since the employees are great at lying, why would an insurance company trust them?  Short answer:  they won’t!

7.     Use this evidence in cases where Robson Forensics employees get pulled over by law enforcement.

8.     Remove all tax breaks on Robson Forensics.  Since they want to waste people’s time and not want people working, then they need to pay for all expenses related to unemployment.  Yes, their Unemployment Taxes will be high, but Robson Forensics deserves it.

9.     Any nurses, doctors, and hospitals can decide to deny Robson Forensics employees medical treatment for COVID-19.  People can say this is crude, but remember, folks, Janelle Busby was cruel when she decided to jerk the chain of Candidates who were serious at working at her firm.  For all doctors and medical professionals know, these Robson Forensics employees could be faking their symptoms.
